We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VizoTrend frames as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return policy makes it easy.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all protective films intact
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Ear Grips (hygiene reasons)
  • Stylish Clips (small accessories)
  • Chain accessories
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Prescription lenses (unless there was an error in our fulfillment)

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package Securely: Once approved, return items in original packaging with all protective films intact. Include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship Back: Use the provided return label or ship to:

Exchange Process

Want a different style? Follow the same process as returns, but specify:

  • Your preferred exchange item (please check current availability on our website)
  • If the new item has a higher price, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
