Style Note: All returns must be in original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and protective films intact. Prescription lenses cannot be returned unless there was an error in our fulfillment.
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Eligible Items: Most non-prescription eyewear (see exceptions below)
- Return Method: Prepaid return label available upon request
- Refund Method: Original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Ear Grips (due to hygiene reasons)
- Stylish Clips (small accessories)
- Chain accessories
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
Simple 3-Step Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Package Securely: Once approved, return your items in their original packaging with all protective films intact. Include the original packing slip.
- Ship Back: Use the provided return label or ship to:

Exchange Process
Want a different style? Follow the same process as returns, but specify:
- Your preferred exchange item (please check current availability on our website)
- If the new item has a higher price, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your stylish frames arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund
